El Proyecto del Barrio will provide internal referrals to health services, employment and training, HIV/AIDS educational counseling, vocational and employment training, legal aid and community resources in order to meet the participants needs.
Coordination with Referral Services
El Proyecto del Barrio
works very closely with DCFS, Probation Department and many
other referring Agencies. A release of consent is filled out and
signed by the participant at intake giving El Proyecto del Barrio's
case manager consent to coordinate information regarding
participants enrollment, urinalysis testing and results,
progress letters, reason for discharge and any other information
as needed. Our goal is to coordinate with all referring agencies
to ensure the well being of the child/children and that the
family will return to a safe environment free from drugs,
violence and abuse.
