Child, Elder and Incapacitated Abuse Reporting
The program is required to report suspected child, elder and incapacitated abuse and neglect. Suspected abuse is reported with or to the appropriate agency or agencies without the participant's consent to comply with the Alcohol and Drug Program Administration policy requirement. The case manager is responsible to inform all participants of this child, elder and incapacitated abuse policy. The case manager will have the participants sign or indicate the participant's refusal to sign the Child Abuse Reporting Requirement Acknowledgement form.
