Urinalysis Testing Services
All participants must agree to submit to random urinalysis testing for the duration of their treatment. The case manager or appropriate personnel will conduct and witness all testing.
Random urinalysis testing will be done if the case manager observes behavior suspicious of drug use (e.g., physical signs of use, late or unexplained absences from treatment). Participants who are scheduled to test cannot leave the immediate area/premises until a urine specimen is obtained. An automatic positive or dirty urinalysis test will result if a participant leaves the premises, refuses to test, or fails to report for a random urine test. Three (3) positive tests are grounds for discharge from the program.
